It was used in the 60′s and 70’s not only as a recording studio but as a mini paradise for artisans like Eric Clapton, Robbie Robertson, Joe Cocker, Pete Townsend, The Stones and yes, even Bob Dylan himself.  The Last Waltz, by Martin Scorsese, was partially filmed in the house, immortalizing it’s place in history.    More recently Adele and the Kings of Leon recoded their latest hit albums in the sanctuary that is, The Shangri La.   The legends of music have filled the halls of the home with stories even the flies on the walls wouldn’t believe.  This slice of music history is still pumping out the hits and the stories.   Rumor is the house is being considered by several music industry big wigs, wanting to preserve the true nature of this gem in the heart of Malibu.  It is listed with Shen Schulz from Sotheby’s Malibu for $3,195,000.00.
