I have been to Brad Pitt’s House, Now it’s for Sale!

I have been to Brad Pitts house!   Well, actually I have been to his house, he just wasn’t there at the time, and he really didn’t own it at the time either, and I kind of snuck onto the property with the landscaper.  But, what I can say is he and my client were in a bit of a bidding war for this little modern ditty on the beach in Malibu.  He obviously had the better offer, and quite frankly the house seemed to suit him.  From what I have heard Brad is a bit of an architectural groupie, and has a great appreciation for the finer homes , with a collection of estates all over the world.  I suppose if I were living his life with that many kids, a dedicated and amazing wife, I would have estates all over too, what the hell.  Who doesn’t love to say after a vacation, “If I had the money, I would buy a villa here and fix it up”, or “If I were rich and famous I would buy a home on the north shore of Kauai with my own private surf spot.”  So, they have the money and they can do exactly that.  Weather it is  their chateau in Correns, France or a $40 million mansion in the hills of Valpolicella, northern Italy, or a French Quarter house in New Orleans, a five acre Hollywood Hills home in there somewhere, an ocean front compound north of Santa Barbara, and 150,000 acres of a Cambodian jungle with a stilt house, they have a home in every port.  So what is the big news?  They are selling one of their treasured home collections!  Their 1.26 acre Malibu Estate, overlooking it’s own private beach, nestled next to a state beach and the Disney estate, is on the market!  If I were really rich, this would be the one that I would buy.  It features four bedrooms, a tennis court, a pool, a long private driveway, a simple modern home, situated on the bluff above the ocean with sweeping views of the whales, dolphins, sunsets, and sunrises of the Pacific.  The house will go to one lucky millionaire who is willing to drop the asking price of $13,000,000.  Besides how cool would it be to say you own the house that Brad and Angie used to lounge in.  I am sure the reason they are selling is that there is simply not enough bedrooms for their ever growing family.  Brad and Angie, I am available if you ever need advise on those twins of yours.  I think your tireless charity work, millions and millions in donations, Angie’s United Nations Ambassadorship and Brad’s New Orleans rebuilding projects should be recognized and these homes are well deserved.  I am sure the Jolie-Pitts are welcomed into the communities they own homes by employing the locals and what wonderful places for their kids to grow up in. I would be happy at any one of their estates!
