Having resided in Malibu for over 30 years and owning businesses there for much of that time, Shen leads the way among local Realtors. That wisdom is combined with more than 10 years of real estate sales experience, unsurpassed negotiation and communication skills and recognized professionalism and integrity. It’s a combination making Shen a premier choice for the area’s home buyers and sellers, as proven by his over $150 million in home and land sales in his first decade as a Realtor.

Within five years of arriving in Malibu at the age of 12, Shen had started his own enterprises. All of them quickly became successful and one is still thriving. That early experience was a rich training ground and confidence builder. While Shen’s mantra “No one truly wins unless everyone wins” exemplifies his spirit of cooperation, his acumen and entrepreneurship have earned him a reputation as a bold and aggressive businessman with a laser focus on numbers, negotiation and the bottom line. Knowing that buying or selling a home is one of the most important business transactions a client will make in his or her lifetime, Shen also recognizes its emotional component. With that firmly in mind, he relies on the balance he gains from the relaxed, congenial personality and dedication to service that make him not only a no-nonsense representative of his clients, but also their sensitive and attentive counselor, confidant and advocate.

Active in his community, Shen is an athlete, musician and martial artist who, along with his wife, frequently donate their time and talent to coaching and fundraising duties at the local schools attended by their twin sons.
